October 2008 - February 2011

October 4, 2009 – Four Employees of Saudi Services for Electro Mechanics Works Ltd. (SSEM) from Safety Department , have received the AWARD CERTIFICATES for Environmental Safety and Health       (ES & H) given by the Royal Commission (RC) for Jubail & Yanbu, on September 30, 2009 at Royal Commission Auditorium, Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

The four awardees of the SSEM Safety Department are as follows:

            1.       Mahamood Akthar – Safety Manager

            2.       Rafael N. Borja – Safety Engineer

            3.       Jessie M. Cacapit – Safety Engineer

4.       Rico P. Franco – Scaffolding Supervisor

It is stated in the certificates that “For the Personal Effort, Commitments and in House Improvements in the field of ES &H on the Project Contract No. 071-C13 EPC of Two Sub-Station for Jubail 2, Stage 2 and it was Granted for: ES &H Ongoing Measurement Proposed and Completed on Site and In Accordance with RC Standards” was signed by Mr. Mark Stephen RC ES&H Manager.

Riyadh,  Saudi Arabia – 40 Employees of SSEM – Saudi Services for Electro Mechanics Works, including Engineers, Foreman & Skilled Workers were trained by SEC – Saudi Electric Company, Industrial and Security Department Central Region headed by Mr. Turki Toman Al-Anazi and Eng’r. Mohammed Omar Basha in the field of fire fighting (Fire Extinguisher).

During the Awarding of Certificates the Safety Division Manager Mr. Ishtiaq Aziz Hashmi, Award the "SAFETY CHAMPION" for the YEAR 2012 to JESSIE M. CACAPIT, Safety Engineer of Qassim 4 Project, Sub Station 9032. The Award was given to the Safety Engineer for saving the life of workers, properties specially the mobile crane operator for touching the energized 132 KV OHL Over Head Line by the boom while working at Control Building.
